Operations Leadership Informed by Medicine and Experience

Brandon Tornavacca serves as the Director of Operations at Wooster Law, where he oversees day-to-day firm operations and helps ensure that clients receive seamless, responsive support from intake through resolution. His role bridges operational leadership with medical insight, allowing the firm to function efficiently while maintaining a deep understanding of injury-related issues that matter to clients and their cases.

Brandon earned his bachelor’s degree in Health Sciences from the University of South Florida before continuing his education at Palmer College of Chiropractic. After graduating from Palmer, he practiced as a chiropractor in the Daytona area and later in South Florida, gaining hands-on experience treating patients with musculoskeletal injuries commonly associated with motor vehicle accidents and workplace incidents.

That clinical background allows Brandon to contribute a valuable medical perspective to firm operations. He understands how injuries present, how treatment plans develop, and how medical documentation impacts personal injury claims. This insight supports more effective communication between clients, medical providers, and the legal team, strengthening case preparation and client experience.



In addition to his medical training, Brandon brings extensive experience in business management. His combined background in healthcare and operations helps Wooster Law maintain a high standard of organization, accountability, and service across all departments.

Outside the office, Brandon enjoys staying active, spending time with his dog Bella, and participating in health-focused marketing and community events sponsored by the firm.
