Hayden Wooster is the founder of Wooster Law and a Florida personal injury attorney known for his disciplined approach to litigation, direct client communication, and results-driven advocacy. Born and raised in Central Florida, Hayden relocated to Fort Lauderdale in 2016 and has built a practice focused on representing individuals and families facing life-altering injuries.


Hayden earned his bachelor’s degree in Criminology from the University of South Florida before obtaining his Juris Doctor from Nova Southeastern University Shepard Broad College of Law in 2021, graduating cum laude. During law school, he was deeply involved in trial advocacy and leadership organizations, including Phi Alpha Delta Law Fraternity, where he served as Justice, and the Nova Trial Association, where he was selected to compete as part of a national trial competition team.


Beyond the courtroom, Hayden has demonstrated a longstanding commitment to service. He has supported and worked with numerous philanthropic organizations, including Project Linus, Habitat for Humanity, Make-A-Wish, Toys for Tots, and Guardian Ad Litem. He has also personally organized and contributed to disaster relief efforts, coordinating food and supply donations for communities affected by hurricanes and other natural disasters. Hayden currently serves on the boards of several local charitable organizations.
